Ordering Process
When you order goods or services from us online, you are making a legal offer to buy. A contract is only formed when we reply to accept your offer. We will not take payment until we have accepted your order. If we do not accept your offer because we are unable to supply the goods or services, or for any other reason, we will inform you promptly, and no charge will be made.
Order Details
- Product: One pack of Helping Cards – Pocket Money Cards
- Price: £25.00
- How to Order: Select the number of packs you would like to buy and click "Buy Now." Once you click "Buy Now," you are obligated to pay.
- Payment Methods Accepted: PayPal.
Delivery Information
- Delivery Charges: Postage & packaging (P&P) is included. We paid for that, so you don't have to. You're welcome.
- Delivery Locations: We deliver only to England and Wales. Delivery is not available to Northern Ireland.
- Delivery Timeline: Orders are usually processed and dispatched next day and should arrive within one working week. Orders are sent via post.
- Important Note: Packs of Helping Cards do not fit through a standard letterbox. If you are not home, please specify a delivery alternative (e.g. leave the delivery with a neighbour, but tell us which one).
Cancellations & Returns
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by email at sales@helpingcards.com, providing a clear statement of your decision to cancel. You may use the cancellation form at the end of these terms if you like, but you do not have to.
Returning Goods
- If you cancel your purchase, you must arrange and pay for the return of the goods to:
Returns Department, The Lecture Room, Parham Hall, Hall Hill, Parham, Suffolk IP13 9AB. - Returns must be made within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.
Refund Policy
- If you return goods unused and undamaged, we will refund the full purchase price, including the original delivery charge (if applicable).
- If the goods have been handled in a way that reduces their value, for example, if the cards or the box is bent, broken, ripped or chewed we may deduct an appropriate amount from the refund, up to and including the full purchase price.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
- If you prefer an exchange or credit note, please let us know.
Faulty Goods
- If the goods are faulty, the above cancellation and returns process does not apply. Instead, we will handle the issue in accordance with your consumer rights.
- If you experience any problems with your purchase, please contact us.
